    Ultrabase X200 is what you are looking for. And it is not the same as the X220 Ultrabase.

    its not sold on lenovo website anymore, at least in the US. you can get it on ebay though

    ebay is the way to go. You should look for examples that doesn't cost more than $100.

    I got one for $50 from a member of forum.thinkpads.com, using their Marketplace. Amazing price, so you might try the seller forums at sites like this and thinkpads. Next best price is ebay usually around $70-90. Anything over $100 might be too much, as already mentioned.

    yeah i've been looking on ebay too but they have crazy high prices. some are even more then 300 dollars.

    most used ultrabase works fine so i dont think you need to get the new one in ebay.
    i had mine for $80 but no key and then the key place on the ultrabase looked a bit bad. So I suggest you asking the seller to make sure all things work fine.

    I ordered a new x201 tablet system from the outlet that will be here Monday that came with ultrabase that I will most likely sell on here. Just a heads up if you dont find one before then.

    Lenovo is no longer selling the X200 Ultrabase, you need to find third party retailers.

    btw i found a seller for a x200 ultrabase which will work great for my x201 but also no key. is it possible to buy the key somewhere?

    be patient on ebay. I got mine used for $40 something shipped, but it looks brand new, even included both keys and manual!

    Whoops. When I said that it's the same, I'd meant the ultrabase for x201 would be the same as that for the x200, not the x220.
