    Ultranav Utility

    Does anybody know what the Ultranav Utility is for? I installed just the Ultranav Driver on my T61 and everything seems to work fine. The touchpad scrolls and has all the options I can think of. Out of curiosity, I installed the utility as well and noticed no difference or additional features. So what exactly does the Ultranav Utility do?

    UltraNav will make your cursor movements more fluid and comfortable. It also adds an UltraNav tab in your Mouse Settings so so you can access advanced features.

    Nope sorry...like I said, no difference. I have the tabs in the mouse settings without the utility as well. Weird.

    I believe the UltraNav utility enables the Fn-F8 shortcut when used in conjunction with the ThinkPad Hot Key Utility.

    When I did a Vista clean install it was my experience that everything worked well superficially, however there was lots cursor jumping.

    Ultranav eliminated that.
