    Hello folks!

Is there a way to undervolt the X60s (GMA945 + Core Duo + WinXP) in order to save some battery?

    Cheers,
    Ollo

Access the CPU VID6..VID0, likely VID3..VID0 pins and wire them together. Similar to the idea for the 2510P here and a few posts thereafter.

Try Throttlestop. It provides overvolting IDA voltages and undervolting SLFM voltages for any multiplier. You'd set the higher stable multiplier at the lowest voltage for the greatest undervolting ability.

It appears the lowest possible voltage setting for my CPU (L2400, 1.6 GHz) is 0.95 volts. It will run full throttle at that voltage without any problems, so I'm thinking lower voltages would work. The hardware mods described in that thread that enables lower voltages seems really interesting, but I am a complete noob in this area. However, I would definately follow instrucions if there were a guide with pictures. Anyone know if there is something like that around?

    Cheers!
