Off the top of my head, because I've seen it on other ThinkPads, I'd guess Power Manager Driver.

I found the answer. You must install ThinkVanage Client Security Solution to get rid of that hardware error.

I thought it was the chipset.

It's a TPM driver that is required. Just download the update software and look under the 'optional upgrades' and select the one that says something along the lines of 'TPM'. This works 100%
