    The device manager says:
    'on Intel(R) ICH9M-E LPC Interface Controller - 2917'
The hardware id is ACPI\INT0102, INT0102.

But after I re-installed the ACPI driver ( http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-4GXPEG), the device is still unrecognized....

The sound card is fine. The modem has been installed but not used.

    Any idea?? Thank you!!

Details about my t400: P8400, 2GB RAM, 160GB 7200rpm HD, Intel 4500 IGP, 5100 Wireless card, non-LED screen, webcam, 4-1 card reader, DVD writer, no bluetooth, no fingerprint reader.
