    Unplugging doesn't change battery brightness

    I recently switched from Vista to XP on my T61.

    I have a power scheme set up so that when I run on battery, the brightness goes to 1, while when it's plugged in, it's at 15.

    However, nothing changes when I pull the plug.

    Ideas?
