    upgradable to something fully internal aswell.
    not those cards with something sticking out

    Yes they generally are..you just put a new one in.

    Why, are you considering upgrading to an atheros "n" card?

    nope not yet atleast.
    just wanted to make sure that the option was there just incase i ever need to in the future
