I have a copy of Vista Business I bought a while ago, so when I ordered my T400 I just got Vista Basic to save some money and then upgrade to Business once I received the T400. I just wanted to make sure that upgrading wouldn't effect any of Lenovo's programs that are already installed on the laptop...

I've never done an upgrade before so I figured I'd ask...anything else I should know?

    Thanks

Technically, it shouldn't. But you never know...
