I want to upgrade the display on a Lenovo X1 Carbon 2014, it currently has a 1600x900 res display, but there is a WQHD (2560x1440) res touch screen option when you order it new. So I wanted to see if there would be any compatibility issues hardware and software wise if I attempted to upgrade the current screen to the WQHD touch screen or if anyone has had Lenovo upgrade the screen for them before.
