I Have found a great deal on a Thinkpad R60, but it only has a 40 Gb hard drive. I was wondering if it would be hard to upgrade the hard drive? Thanks for any help you can supply.

Yes you can upgrade the hard drive. The service manual located on Lenovo's website will explain the procedure. Just make sure you get the right type of connector SATA. Also burn off the recovery CDs before you start. Good Luck.
