    Upgrading hdd

    hi guys,

    I've been thinking of upgrading the hdd on my R60e (60 gig) to a bigger hdd. I have never done this before, but I'm familiar with the removal and replacement of the hdd. What I don't know is how to copy across the hidden partition and all my data to the new hdd.

    Any ideas or help would be really appreciated!

    Acronis True Image 11 will copy everything including the hidden service partition to the new hard drive.

    Hi Zaz,
    I was looking at rescue and recovery, but it will only let me do a full Hdd back up to cd's and DVD's not an externa hdd.

    any other ideas?

    If you get a Seagate you can use Maxtorblast utility for free to use to swap data from old hdd to new using .iso image technology.

    Seagate makes some good affordable hard drives too.
