I just found out I need to be mobile for work this week and my Lenovo E420 screen is cracked.

Can I use a tablet as an external monitor? (preferably with a wired or bluetooth connection)
    How do I do it?
I was leaning towards a Google Nexus 10, but what tablet do you recommend for this usage?

    Thanks.

    THANKS John. :)
I will definitely consider the option of a cheap replacement screen from the source you posted. :)

However, if I am forced to spend money on anything, I always try to "upgrade" so I feel some better about spending the money. LoL

So, I would still like to find a 1080p or higher resolution screen for my Lenovo E420.

If not, I would like to see if I can use a tablet computer (Nexus 10, Ipad) as a replacement monitor.

    Thanks again.
