    stats for the HP charger

    input:100-240v 1.5A(1.5A) 50-60hz
    output:19v(19v) 4.74A(4,74A)

Would this damage my ideapad y410p?

I've managed to use a 65W G500 charger with my Y410p, but using unauthorized chargers is something you must do at your own risk and accept the consequences if anything goes bad.

That HP charger is 90 watt. Your Lenovo charger is 120 watt. Don't try and do any hardcore having with that charger. I don't have my Y410p in front of me at the moment, is it also a 19v charger? If the voltage is different don't use it.
