My friend purchased a lenovo 3000 V100 and she wants me to upgrade her notebook to 2GB for her. However, I unscrewed two nails and I still cannot take out the ram cover. I cannot risk breaking her notebook. Anyone have the knowledge to help me out? thank you

You should be able to just pull it out. There are still some small clips that hold it in place. Dont worry, they plastic flexes quite abit though. Just pull up carefully and it should pop out.
