Hey im curious if there's some kind of software solution that would make the vga port on my t61 able to display what i plug into it.

I wanna do this because i found a vga adapter for the wii @ http://www.vdigi.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=2&category_id=3&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1,
and it'd be cool to be able to take it with me.

There's not way to do that. The port was designed to only output signal. To input signal, you need a video capture card, e.g. in a PCMCIA version.
