    Hello

    I ordered my x61 on 9/30

    and I just realize that warrenty was not included on my status page
    (I added 3 year one when I ordered.)

    is it usual that it could be not listed on my order status page? price seems it includes my warrenty.

    please help me out guys.

    Would it not be best to call? How can anyone here confirm that the warranty is actually on the order or not?

    People amaze me with the lack of common sense they apply in daily life...

    same thing happened to me.

    the email I received once the laptop is shipped does include the warranty.

    and it takes a few days for the website to update warranty info.
