    The virtual scrolling on my T400 is kind of choppy.

    yeah, same here. Therefore I decided to disable that feature (and the virtual left-click as well). I only use the touch pad to navigate the cursor, just like the trackpoint.

    Mine is on battery power but when plugged in is fine. My old T42 when I stinted Vista on it for a bit I thought it was just because it was slow. Must be something with the ultranav utility or something.

    For the top 14 inch laptop on the market this is some major CSBS, pm me if you want to know what the acronym stands for but it's not a positive one.
