After clean installing Vista 64bit Ultimate, and all the available drivers from Lenovo web site, there are two listed devices that I can't seem to find drivers.

    PCI Serial Port &
    PCI Simple Communication Controller

I tried modem, 4-in-1 card reader, networking, bluetooth drivers, but none of them actually addresses these two devices. Any suggestions? Thanks

Did you save a copy of the SWTools folder.

ZaZ, that's one heck of a solution :)
I did save a copy, but I never bothered to use it because I thought I could get all the drivers available on Thinkpad web site.

Turns out the two devices in question are
Intel(R) Active Managemnet Technology - SOL
    Intel(R) Management Engine Interface

    What are they for anyway?
