I just installed Vista... and I can't seem to get the idle dimming to work? The default power manager settings only allow idle dimming at 15 minute intervals? under XP - I was able to set the idle dimming for 3 minutes & turnoff display at 5 minutes...

Is there something I am forgetting? drivers I need to install? Thanks in advance!

Yep I'm in the advanced settings... in "Idle timers"

"Lower Display Brightness" - there is a sliding scale to adjust the brightness, but the timer starts at 15 minutes. Any idea on how to reduce that?

remember, im talking about advanced options... when u click a energy mode u can change its settings and then there is a link to advanced settings

Ultimate =( The odd thing is... I can infinitely adjust the time for "turning off the display" - just not the dimming option...
