    Vista SP2 - anyone installed it?

    It's still a beta. So you might not want to install it if you depend on your notebook. Also, you have to de-install the beta since it is time-limited. This can cause problems. Moreover, you cannot just install the final version of SP2 once it has left beta. That is, you really must uninstall it at some point.

    Are there any reasons to install SP2? Is something not working for you?

    The beta is for software developers to test software on.

    No point in getting it until it's on Microsoft Update, in, what, April?

    Thanks for the input. I didnt realize it eventually would need uninstalling....that is reason enough for me not to bother. :D
