    It says...

"Purchase a Windows Vista Basic or Premium Upgrade between October 26th, 2006 and March 31st, 2007 from Lenovo
    http://www.lenovo.com/vistaupgrade

Rebate Claim must be postmarked by April 30th, 2007"

So I agree I still have time for the second part, well...assuming I can get it all verified within this coming month. But for the first part, since I'm still in COA validated, but trying to get POP validated, I'm past the first date of the 31st. Unless the "purchase date" is reflected on the day I first submitted, as opposed to when I get it in the mail. What do you all think? Thanks!

It says the 15th on the page. The purchase data is stated on the invoice.

So at this point, and with the other opinions of Moduslink I've read about here on NBR, I should just quit on the whole upgrade process. I didn't meet Lenovo's requirement of "purchase by March 31" and if I do somehow get the POP validated in the next few days, Moduslink won't get me the upgrade before the "submit rebate by April 30" deadline. I guess I'll stick with XP.
