    So, something I don't like about most computer companies is that you get a OS license, but not the disk. I like to have the disks available to me because it is the easiest way to re-install the OS if things go wrong. So do you know how I would obtain a Vista install CD for my Lenovo T61? I'd phone Lenovo customer support to find out, but I'm really busy this weekend, and I've had very bad experiences with their support lines trying to find out why my T61 was a week late.

    I saw them on Microsoft Marketplace for $12 US plus shipping. You need your key to order it. I don't have the link handy. But I'm sure you can just google it.

    You should be able to burn recovery DVDs using software that comes pre-installed.
