This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Anyone tryed to use Vista transformation pack ?

    Must slow down the computer, doesn't ?

    I did, it just changed the look of XP to Vista ( not exactly 100% but acceptable). It just cause a little bit more on your memory....Not that much to slow down the computer.

    i used it on m R60, slowed it down quite a bit during bootup and shut down..looked good though. In the end i decided to remove it. Not recommended unless you can live with the longer boot and shutdown times.

    I used VTP 7.0, but when I removed it from my laptop, I could not switch to the Luna Theme!! (The default theme for XP)
