Any idea on how to go about dealing with this issue. I sent my W500 to Lenovo for repair and noticed that there is a ding on the upper front right corner of the case. Will Lenovo repair/replace this if I bring it to their attention? It's a brand new system and I have a real problem seeing this blemish on the case. thanks

Call up Lenovo Support and see what they can do for you. Depending on where it is and the severity, they could replace a panel or piece of the case.

Contact them again and mention the problem and tell them to fix it.
