    Do all W510s come with the same panel? Which ones? What about at each resolution?

    No they do not. There's HD(1366x768), HD+(1600x900) and FHD(1920x1080).

    I was asking about panel type. Someone in the owners thread said they were all twisted nematic, unfortunately.

    that is correct that all the panels use TN, but not all TN is bad, quality can vary. The FHD TN LCD panel is actually very good.
