Sorry I'm new to this forum and fairly tech unsavvy. I'm thinking of buying the W510 and docking station. I'd like to be able to hook up 2 Dell 24" Ultrasharp U2410 monitors.

Would I be able to do this? The connection specifications say 2 DVI ports on the docking station. So I'm thinking the answer is yes but wanted to confirm.

I believe so and you can only connect 2 at the same time.

I cant say anything about the docking station. You can hook up 2 x 24in LCDs, but you will only be able to use them and not the internal as well. Basically laptop graphics cards can only support 2 monitors, so youll have to choose 2 external or 1 external and the internal LCD.

I wouldn't be using the internal screen. I would just be using the dual 24's.

Can the W510's graphics handle 1900x1200 dualview? I'd assume yes, but something else to worry about... especially if you plan on using them in portrait.

I use 2x 24in LCDs at 1920x1200 on my t400 here and there so I don't see why a t510 couldn't do this as well.
