I just installed my new Crucial M4 128GB SSD and made a clean install of Win7 but i don't know if i can get more performance out of the SSD?

I have attached a screenshot of the AS SSD test i did.

Can i get more out of it?

I doubt it. That's seems pretty reasonable for that drive in that machine. Keep in mind the numbers would jump up more in the W520 due to the SATA III support it has. They won't double but you would see some improvement.

You could try the JJB tweak.. though it made no difference on my machine. I wouldn't bother since your results are already pretty neat.

Based on my experience with the Crucial C300s you are good to go.
