Just curious what people were using for mSATA drives in their W520's. I'm looking at the Intel 310, but the performance of the Sandforce based drives sound much better, but I'm a bit hesitant to go with a off-brand drive, especially one with a Sandforce chip in it. So a few questions:

    What drive are you using?
    How's the performance?
    Have any compatibility issues?
    How much did you pay?

    Thanks!

The SSD forum has a lot of information on this. It may not be specific to the W520 but it would pertain to the W520.

I have ordered the Intel 310 80 GB. Others have used the Renice and the MyDigitalSSD is coming along, has nice speed and great capacity.

Some of the mobos in the X220s are not supporting the mSata but I have not heard of that problem in the W520s.
