    I think Priority Onsite means that they will assign the onsite technician as a priority. However, if there are parts shortage then you will still be stuck like any other warranty that Lenovo offers to the end consumers, so as such it is not really worth getting over the standard onsite warranty.

    the thing is at PC-Canada its 50$ cheaper than Lenovo! even the laptop is cheaper! I don't know how they can do this.. so I am confused and I cannot make a decision where to buy it from.. I am worried to buy it from PC-Canada because in my mind that Lenovo will have the most updated system and maybe they changed some of the features so they don't keep them in stock like pc-canada...

    well some resellers get them on special and they probably buy in bulk and earn less margin on each machine, this way can offer you lower price. Also, sometimes these machines are last of the batch, and by pricing it lower they can move out the stock faster.
