    another question about the W520.

SandyBridge CPU should support intel vPro technology. This allows to block the computer via SMS and locate it via GPS. How is this supported in W520? Has it slot for a sim card, or what?

According to lenovo support chat it has a slot for a sim card. But I am not sure if I believe them :)

On intel white paper they are talking about Ericsson F5521gw. Can this be put into a W520?

That will depend on the wireless module you purchase from Lenovo. They offer GSM and CDMA modules.

EDIT: and do you know how the anti-theft technology works in reality? If I get this right it is a paid service.
