Is anyone else having issues with the usb3 ports on the W520?
Sometimes when I plug something in, like a wireless mouse transmitter, it either takes a while to detect it or it doesn't at all. Plug the same thing into either of the regular USB ports and it picks it up fine. Wondering if it's just me or if others are having issues?

It isn't just you. Those issues have been around and unresolved since the beginning of the W510 run. You're only solution is to use the latest BIOS, latest USB 3.0 drivers, and not plug anything in until Windows is fully up and running.

I only have the problem with my lower USB3 on my W520. It will sometimes pick stuff up but other times not.

I've heard of some loose USB ports.

    Mine work just peachy though.
