    Hi Guys,

I have done some benchmarks of my W520 running the Intel 510 250gb SSD and I want to know if these results are satisfactory as I think I saw somewhere better results.

Are these really SATA3 results or maybe my drive works really in SATA2 mode?

    Thanks

as long as your speed is above 300 and below 600, you are in sata III.

But your 4k and 4k qd32 are kind of low, make sure you install the latest IRST, my 4k qd32 are both over 100 and I am running in sata I.

Those speeds seem within range, the Intel 510 SSD doesn't have stellar random 4K scores compared to others. These are my set of results but on a 120GB version.

But occasionally an update on the Intel RST driver can improve things if you're still using the old RST driver.

I have crucial M4, but I think 510's performance should be similar, if not faster, that has always been my impression about that product.
