I just converted by hard drive from MBR to GPT partition table and somehow, the W520 won't boot from any UEFI device (as in, with a .efi file) anymore. Is this a known issue? I'm running the preloaded 1.25 BIOS.

Did you set it to give the UEFI priority when booting?
