    Both of them 2GB i tried to google the hell out of them but couldn't really find whats the difference that adds $250 on top of the price!

    can anyone enlighten me please? :)

    Its just a syntethic benchmark but it gives you an idear about the difference between the 2 cards in %

    meaning the 1000M won't support 3D and the second will support 3D ?

    Nono, the 2000m is just a more powerful version of the 1000M they can do the same, the 2000m is just faster at it.

    As the others have stated, they are basically the same chip, but the 2000m has more shader units which means that it can do certain things faster, such as applications that do per-pixel lighting, such as games and other types of visualization. If you have a high resolution monitor such as a 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 or higher, the faster processor might be a good choice.

    Other desktop applications can use the chip for math operations such as Photoshop's filters and such, a few ray-tracers, and some science applications.
