W520-RAM ERROR(ThinkvantagE)

Hi everyone, Being a first time user of Lenovo-Thinkpad(W520)
I would like to ask why do i have this error when doing a hardware testing using Thinkvantage

Any idea how to solve this error? Thanks for the help in advance

 

One of the memory modules are damaged, changed the faulty module and the errors will go away.

 

hmm if its damaged why will my system properties still shows 16gb? u mean one of them is damaged meaning out of the 4 X 4Gb RAM, one of them is damaged?

 

Because it's still 16GB, find the faulty module and change it.
