So, I have a W530, and for some reason, after I booted up in class, Dolby Home Theatre popped up and said "Unable to start the Dolby audio driver. Please restart the computer, or reinstall the driver if the error persists."

So, I've reinstalled the driver. Twice. To no avail. I'm at a loss as to what to do. The only thing that may have cause this was installing a game, specifically GTA IV San Andreas. It also updated Games for Windows Live. But I have no clue how any of that could be related.
