I just placed an order on the W530 with the standard option of 4GB 1600Mhz (1 DIMM). Does anyone know which part it is so I can buy another stick to put in there once I've received it ? And does the FHD screen cover 95% gamut ?
    Thanks

Any DDR3 RAM stick will work with the W530, just make sure that it's 1600MHz.

And yes, it's NTSC 95% color gamut (also, 270 nits. the other display options are 220 nits). The W530 uses the same displays as the W520.

I thought both sticks need to be the same ?

As in brand? Not at all. I have the stock Samsung 1333MHz stick and two Mushkin 1333MHz sticks in my laptop, no issue. The only thing that is important (besides the pin layout) is clock speed. If you buy a 1333MHz stick, everything slows down to that, and if you buy anything above 1600MHz it'd be wasted as it'll go down to 1600MHz. You won't notice timings at all subjectively, and barely in synthetic benchmarks. Just go with whatever's on sale.
