So for the 6 months or so I've had this T61p, I've noticed a flaw on it:

It's got this fricking dirt mark and a small smudge on the screen that I can't wipe off. I'm thinking it's on the inside.

Is there any way to fix this? Or am I going to have to call Lenovo to get it replaced. I'd rather not have it replaced as I really need it for work.

Attached is a photo of it, it looks much worse in person; very noticeable. It really bugs the crap out of me.

    Any ideas?

Try calling Lenovo about it. I do not know if they will let you replace it, but I don't think it would hurt to try to find out what your options are.
