Just wondering how you can tell whether X200s that you bought comes with WWAN card or not. On the box shows:
    43Y3415 FCC-ID Label for WWAN
    43Y3864 WWAN Misc Parts
    43Y5946 CL plate X200s WLAN&BT&WWAN
    44G5194 IntegrWirelessWideAreaNetw

Is there any other way to check? Should it show as a device under Device Manager? What should happen when I inserted a SIM card in the slot? In the Access Connections, the button for Mobile Broadband is disable.

The most reliable way of checking is removing the palm rest and checking physically. It is very easy.

Otherwise, there are a few ways of checking without opening up the computer:
    - If you have not formatted and changed the factory install, press Fn+F5 and check if there is a WWAN option.
    - Look up your model type on Lenovo.com under 'Support & Downloads': http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/homeLenovo.do
    - Look up your model type in the Tabook.

It might only be WWAN upgradeable, meaning that the antenna is there, but without the card installed.

I think it might be just WWAN upgradeable. I can't find any WWAN modem listed in the device manager, no option for WWAN radio when I press Fn + F5, and Mobile Broadband cannot be selected in the Access Connection.

Should I buy the modem from Lenovo directly or ebay ones are OK? Does the Ericsson F3507G on ebay listed for Dell or other brands or even the one taken out from Lenovo S10e work with Lenovo X200s?
