I got a little confused looking at my order.

On the parts list it says:

    Quad FX 570m W/WWAN

I never selected the option for WWAN, as I think it increases the width of the notebook if I am not mistaken. Then I read around some and it seems that people are saying that you get it automatically as long as you don't get the turbo memory.

Could someone clarify this? I just need to see if I need to call Lenovo and tell them I don't want WWAN, especially if it is going to increase the width of the notebook.

    Thanks!

I am wondering too because I ordered a T61p and it says

    NVIDIAQUAD FX 570M W/WWAN

on the 4th line item but I didn't order the WWAN and I also got the Intel Turbo Memory.

Kinda seems weird but i am assumming lenovo just has it listed wrong.

I would imagine it is just listed wrong then. As long as the laptop isn't wider, I'll be good to go. :)

That could be it. I just worry because on the spec sheet it says that it makes the notebook .2" wider, which is something I really don't want.

That was the case with the T60's with WWAN. With the T61, the WWAN antennas are integrated in the lid so no more ugly bump ;)
