    FYI, I was configuring a T400 and the WXGA+ LED screen is back, it's a $80 upgrade.

About time for those who have been waiting. Stinks for those that gave in.

Oh thank god. I have been waiting to get my screen replaced but the tech has not been able to get any from the depot. Whenever I press down on the screen a line of dead pixels shows up. :p

I really wish the T500 had an 1440x900 WXGA+ LED option, that'd really be the sweet spot for me. Anyone know if there ever was this option, or it'll comeback?

That's great news! I was ready to go ahead and order my T400 next Monday (waiting for my paycheck) and I had a quote for a few weeks now. I'd definitely be willing to drop a little more for a WXGA+ LED.

Done. If I have this quote say two weeks from now, and the option disappears later this week, would I still get the WXGA+ LED even though they are not selling it?

To the best of my knowledge, Lenovo has only offered WXGA+ (1440x900) on 14.1" of the T-series. The 14.1" and 15.4" versions of the T-series have basic WXGA (1280x800) displays standard. But on the 15.4", the next step up is to 1680x1050.
