Found this accuracy fix on another forum, it's completely fixed my only gripe with my x61t (bar worries about the front bezel coming off)

Yes leave the value as zero (0), just delete the DWORD value entirely if you want to go back to as it was, and reboot. make sure it's in 'TabletServicePen' not anywhere else.

Worked amazingly for me on x61t with Vista 64, and the 5.08-2 wacom drivers. really surprised not more has been made of this, the difference in usability is HUGE.

I forgot to mention for best results run the wacom driver calibration again after the reboot.

What exactly did you disable? I am considering getting a x200t, and I wonder if this fix is something I need to apply. Is the base accuracy that bad? What does this fix do? Are there any known downsides? Will it work on the x200t?

Thanks for your help on this issue.

known downsides - not that i could find.

as the value is set to 0, logically that would mean that it is disabeling the WTKernelBypass (can only assume it means 'wacom tablet kernel bypass').

The effect for me was simply after recalibrating with the wacom drivers again, it seemed significantly more accurate, the currsor was consistently at the tip of the pen when the pen was brought on screen, instead of randomly being somewhere in a 5x5 square pixel box anywhere round the tip, and it didn't seem to drift out of position at the top or bottom of the screen either.
