I buy a Lenovo T60 notebook from Lenovo US website. But when I update
the bios, it has problem and can't boot any more. In the system boot,
it has one long and two short beeps and the LCD is black always. I
search the hardware manual, it needs repair the system board.

Now I am in China and can't repair the notebook here. In February, my
friend will go to Cleveland, Ohio. I find some warranty place in
Cleveland can do warranty business about Lenovo. Can they repair the
T60 notebook in Cleveland? And how long does the repair need? (because
my friend will stay in cleveland only 11 days)

If you are in Cleveland or have the experience about how to repair the
thinkpad, please tell me how can I do, do I need send the notebook to
warranty place or only need to call them? I am a chinese boy and can't
talk with Thinkpad 800 free service person fluently. So I need your
help before I call to them.

One warranty place in Cleveland is CompUSA, Inc.
    Service Provider 24295 Chagrin Blvd
    Beachwood, OH 44122 United States (216) 957-7200

The CompUSA should be a computer&hardware store. Can they do the warranty business? Do I need to take the T60 to their place?

    Thank you very much.
