I've got a relatively new Y410p, and I'm getting an interesting warning in the Windows event logs:

    Provider name = iaStorA
    Event ID = 129

The error message is "Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued.", and it's happening every minute or so.

I don't know what RaidPort0 is, but Disk 0 is the 24GB SSD that came with this machine. Normally, if the machine is running OK, I'd ignore these messages, but I've been having problems. I already restored the machine from the recovery partition after it hit some kind of failure spiral two days ago and wouldn't fully boot up. Before I did that, I tested the HD and memory, and they all seem to be functioning properly.

    Any thoughts?

Did you ever find a solution for this? I have the same problem on my y410. It usually only occurs while on battery power, and typically ends up resulting in a complete crash.
