    Warranty and Hard Drive Question

    I bought my X31 about 6 months ago, but with only a 20GB. I use it only for business travel purposes, but who would have thought it would fill up so fast (especially with the 5GB IBM recovery partition). I have 2 questions...maybe someone can help with:

    1. If I upgrade to a larger HD, does that void my warranty?
    2. Any suggestions on tried and true HDs? I'd like to go up to a 40 or 60GB drive. Are there any lemons I should really stay away from?

    Any help would be much appreciated.
