    Hey guys,

I live in Ontario, Canada and I am about to order an ideapad y570 from the lenovo Canada website and I just had a few questions about the warranty and return policy of lenovo products. I am just getting the one year base warranty that comes with the laptop and I was wondering if I had to use my warranty would I have to ship the laptop back to lenovo at my own expense? Also, there are a few warranty service providers in my area but would they provide service with no charge until my warranty is in effect? Or do warranty service providers also have a fee of their own? Lastly, if I am not satisfied with the product and I choose to return it,would I have to pay shipping expenses as well ( i am already aware of the 15% restocking fee)?

Thanks for all your help guys. It's my first time purchasing a laptop online so I was wondering about service after purchase when compared to buying in-store.
