Ordered the T430 2 days ago and just got a E-Mail from Lenovo asking me to register the warranty.

I started to fill it in, but it's asking me for 'Machine type, Model & the serial number'. Can I find out what my serial number is? Or would I need to wait until the T430 comes in the mail? (3~ weeks)

"The ThinkPlus/Lenovo Care Maintenance Services must be registered within 15 days of purchase for your coverage to be recognized and entitled."

Does it mean within 15 days after I've purchased it(2 days ago) OR within 15 days after I've received it?

It should be 15 days after you receive it since the unique serial number is on the system it self.

Did you purchase the warranty as an upgrade when you configured the system, or did you purchase it as a separate item?
