    Hi,

I would like to upgrade my warranty so that it covers accidental damage--I've heard this can be done, but all the links regarding this in Lenovo's website seem to be broken. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thanks.

You call them. Accidental upgrades need to be done within 30days I believe.

I know it is within one year to upgrade the regular warranty; but if you want the accidental, the time frame is shorter I believe.

accidental is also 1 year however you have to wait 30 days from the date of purchase to file a claim (this is what they told me over the phone when I called)
