I went to order a T410, and at the end of the order, it says in red letters,

"(The bank did not approve the charges for the credit card provided. Please verify the information provided was accurate, contact your bank or enter another form of payment)

I am absolutely certain my information is correct. What's going on? any help please!

I would contact your bank like the message told you to. Some banks will flag "suspicious" activity and its possible that your bank flagged a high-dollar amount purchase as suspicious. Calling them will probably clear up this issue.

Thanks for taking time for responding. I was considering just calling Lenovo first to see if there was something wrong with their website, but I think I will do what you suggest and call my bank first. This is mildy annoying.

You can always order through a sales agent and pay with wire transfer. That way you can also get a nice discount. That's what I did when ordering W510 for my wife. Ended up paying 1.2K $ instead of 2k ;)

How does a discount work on a wire transfer?

Called the bank, no activity detected. Call Lenovo, ordered through the phone and the card was processed, and I was able to complete the order. Guy said that they have been having a few problems here and there with the site. I dunno. I asked for any type of promo he maybe could have pulled out of the hat but none to be found. Bummer. Oh well, got a T410 being built!
