This page shows they are using Samsung's rated at 90/70MBs

    http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/...Page=/All/US/Landing_pages/Info/09/SamsungSSD

But if you follow the "Learn more about Samsung Solid State Drives" link and click on products- a .PDF document shows their drives operate at 300/220MBs

    http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/products/flash/ssd/lenovo/down/pm800.pdf

Is Lenovo using older models from Samsung, or less expensive "de-tuned" drives?

Is anyone with a Lenovo supplied SSD getting 300/220 out of it?

EDIT: I just found this information under parts and accessories- 40GBps? Thats a typo, right?

Lenovo should use the Gen 2 Samsung drives that have 220/200 MB/s sequential R/W speed. The 90/70 is the Gen 1 MLC drives. Lenovo makes a lot of typos on their sites.

I believe they also use Toshiba's new SSDs and possibly Intel ones (soon?)
